With over 15 years of experience as a mental health practitioner and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Dr. Wynsome McLean has walked alongside hundreds of individuals as they navigated trauma, confronted self-sabotaging patterns, and rebuilt their inner lives with hope, clarity, and purpose. Through her work as founder of Soul Care Institute LLC, she developed a deep understanding of how unresolved emotional patterns shape how people lead, build, and pursue their calling.
Today, Dr. Wynsome brings that understanding into her work as a trauma-informed business coach and visionary strategist. She helps entrepreneurs recognize the patterns that keep them stuck, regulate the nervous system responses beneath them, and build the capacity to move forward.

Wynsome is an AMAZING coach. I believe she is different from other coaches in that first of all she KNOWS the LORD and HE was all in this program!!! She also addresses the mind, body, soul connection to success. She was accessible throughout this program and she provided such a caring and warm environment for us to grow. The way that she constructed the program was intentional and well thought out, and she just exhibited such patience and confidence in our abilities even when we had none. I really appreciated that!
